6 Mile Tempo…finally

I finally did it. I felt like crap doing it…but I managed to FINALLY do the tempo run. 

Mile 1: warmup

3 miles tempo: 21:32 (mile 2: 7:30, mile 3: 7:00, mile 4: 7:02)

Mile 5/6: cooldown

Wanted to die afterwards………but I did it. Actually in complete disbelief that I’m actually in this good of shape! One of the only things keeping me going was thinking about how much money I’ve raised for this marathon. 🙂
