Our training approach at Lift.Run.Perform focuses on a steady progression, training smart, and long-term development. We believe that results don’t happen overnight, and stress the importance of consistency. We will guide you with evidence-based training and promise to offer relentless support and positivity along your running journey.
1:1 RUNNING COACHING
Running training specifically designed for YOU and your goals with complete coaching support.
All 1:1 running coaching includes:
- Initial intake meeting
- Access to a private running calendar via VDOT02 (mobile & desktop friendly)
- Workouts prescribed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, with updates and modifications as needed
- Modified cross training, if needed
- All access communication with your coach via phone, text, and email
- Option to purchase Lift|Run|Perform strength plans at $10 additional per month
- Billing runs on a recurring cycle until your term agreement has been fulfilled
- 6 or 12 month minimum commitments.
- If I am not available to coach you, I will partner with you and connect you with a LRP coach that will be a great fit
SUBSCRIPTION COACHING
The Custom Subscription is the best option for someone who is looking to loosely work with a coach without the communication level that 1:1 coaching provides.
Included in the subscription are:
- 1 check-in every 2 weeks, via email only
- Custom plan, uploaded monthly via VDOT
- Custom pre-race plan, sent via email
- Option to add strength training on for an additional $10/m
- 3 month minimum commitment
1:1 Strength Training
1:1 Strength Training is for the runner looking to incorporate strength into their routine while also looking for coaching support, check-ins, and form checks. You also might be struggling through an injury and require a specialized program and modifications – in this case, 1:1 Strength is perfect for you.
Option 1: 2 x 4-week Custom Programs
- Includes initial intake call to discuss goals and injury history.
- Video evaluation.
- Receives 2 x 4-week strength programs revolving around kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and balls. On occasion, will add in barbell work, pending athlete training age and gym accessibility.
- Customized strength calendar sent via the TrueCoach app, where you will see videos to each movement and have the ability to upload yourself doing the exercises.
- Coach check-in every 2 weeks.
Option 2: 1:1 Virtual Strength Coaching
- Receive everything included in the Custom Program option, with full email access and weekly check-ins to review form.
Monthly Lift Plan
The monthly lift plan is the perfect option for the runner looking to supplement their training to become a stronger, more resilient runner.
- Program duration is 4-5 weeks, with 2 workouts per week.
- The program will focus on total-body movements and revolve around KBs, DBs, bands, and balls.
- There is a new program each month, but you can start at any time. It’s sent via email and there are links to all movements.
- Also included is a monthly core workout + Strength Guide, so you can understand how to properly schedule the lift into your current running routine.
- While possible to do this program at home, the best way to get stronger is to lift heavier weights – so oftentimes full gym access is needed!
